Traveling to Taos


We are delighted you are joining us! Our home in Taos, NM is a high desert mountain town with an elevation of 6,969ft nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

A few notes about visiting:

  • As we are based at a high altitude, it is a good reminder to drink lots of water when you are visiting, and if it works for your schedule, arriving a day or two early for your body to acclimate.


If you are flying:

  • Taos Airport: 15minutes to the center of town

  • Santa Fe Airport: Appropimately 1.5hrs from Taos

  • Albuquerque International Airport: Approximately 2.5hrs from Taos

  • Denver International Airport: 4.5 hrs from Taos
